Wavestar in the News
Wavestar is currently in MBOM (media black out mode) so there shouldn’t be any news stories about what’s going on behind the scenes, aside from leaks, and you certainly didn’t imagine us publishing leaks on our own website, did you?
Actually, we’re considering posting leaks in Q2 next year. Stay tuned.

WaveStar Whistleblower Program
The WaveStar Whistleblower Program began last fall in now full. The response was overwhelming!
It became apparent after only 48 hours that almost everyone in every division volunteered to opt in the program, but that by the following day all applications were removed. Some point the fact that there was a sign-up process in the first place, let alone that it was not even remotely annonymous (we did ask volunteers to sign in with their corporate emails AND Facebook accounts), while others pointed to the relatively low pay for whistleblowers, when compared to similar programs at other visionary companies.
We will be looking at rolling out a new WaveStar Watchdog program in place of the WaveStar Whistlerblower program, and will try to learn from our missteps. Perhaps.
