Diversity is a very real issue and one of our top priorities.  We’re not entirely sure what to do about it, so we are going to follow the example of most other startup businesses in CA and create some lists, appoint some strategists and put up some motivational posters, and then kick the can down the street until next quarter.
It is probably not necessary to point out that nobody knows (or will ever know) what exact diverse heritage our CTO Glean Slimmonds represents underneath the shameless fanboy(girl?) facial treatment. Could this be to cover up horrible scars from a chemistry class accident early in life or to divert facial recognition software to frame a certain rockstar who shall go nameless but in this case not entirely blameless? 
We the binary bitmap people stand firmly for extreme diversity and obvious polarization because there is no room in this world for more gray faced schlubs like the entire congress of the untied states of amnesia. Like Colbert, we don’t see color, no really we’re totally TV 1957, Orson Wells B&W all the way and proud of it!
